Isn't it interesting that Corporation for Better Housing a "501" shares the same phone number as Lynx Realty & Management.

I wonder does the Corporation for Better Housing pay fees to Lynx Realty & Management?

Perhaps this is like City Council members negotiating for land purchases with a realtor who is Related to the Land Owner, The Employer of a Council Members spouse, The Former Employer of a Council Member, and the Property Owner had Provided the City Manager Temporary Housing for no Charge. Then that same Realtor gets Management Fees to handle the lease of the same property until such time the City's Hand Picked Developer "Grand Terrace Partners" are ready to develop the property. A development plan which has been revised so much it is not close to the "original Plan Submitted" or to the General City Plan.

Any one owning or developing property which has been designated by this or any City as being "Blighted" should know that even after "redevelopment" the tag of "Blighted" is always on the property and the new developer can face the same torment as the previous land owner. This is according to presentations to the California Joint Committee on Housing Aug 17, 2005. So that land in Grand Terrace that the City and the City Redevelopment Agency has designated as Blighted will never be truly owned by anyone other than the city, as they and they alone have absolute power over that properties use. That makes for a bad investment, when the city clearly goes to who ever pays the most, when it makes its decisions.
