The Blue Mt. Senior Villas plan to put 120 residences on 2 ac of land. Is this allowed any where else in GT? WHY NOT. Why not let the small strip of land on De Berry House the Senior Villas? Put them near the Jr. High School where there is a need for Student Senior Interaction, and a After Hours Mentoring Center. It would be closer to the Bus Service of Rt 25 the only regular bus service the City Has. It would be closer to the Stores.
