This Blog understood that Council Member Jim Miller's Wife worked for Terra Loma Reality. When Council Member Hilkey brought attention to his objection to the purchase of the Doodson's Property due to the price and terms of the purchase and the relationships of the party doing the negotiation during a CLOSED MEETING, his remarks and the remarks of other council members indicated a "Working Relationship" between Council Member Jim Miller's Wife and Terra Loma Reality, the words spoken were, she works for Terra Loma. Isn't that what we all heard?

Council Member Jim Miller's actions of voting for the land purchase, then abstaining on the approval of the already written, cashed check for a portion of that purchase raised reasonable questions. The next meeting he voted for the approval of the final payment check, which also was an action of post mortem, as the funds had already been released. Now, Council Member Jim Miller desires to correct the record. His Wife Does not WORK FOR the Terra Loma Reality, however she does on ocation provide services to and collaborative efforts with Terra Loma Reality, but has not had any related to the Purchase of the Doodson's De Berry Property.

I am so glad he has cleared that up.

In short... He voted for it. He abstained on the approval of the first check. He voted for the approval on the second check. He now wants to change the vote on the approval on the second check. Oh yes, His wife Is not an EMPLOYEE of Terra Loma, but has had a Working Relationship with Terra Loma.
