URGENT Dear Friends:

The Sun Telegram reported that the Issue of the Blue Mt. Senior Villas is on this weeks City Council Agenda.

What they did not report was that the Out Door Activity Center "Preferred Developer" is making a presentation to the City Council. Could this be the long awaited public release of the Major REVISIONS to the Development Plan. Are these Revisions sufficient enough to REJECT the Plan as being under the Prior Memorandum of Agreement?

Those of you who have lost your property rights, fear your property rights may be damaged by the development or limits put on development by this Plan, should go to the meeting, request your three minutes during the Public Comment Time to address your concerns on the topic of the OAC.

If you have comments for the other items on the agenda, each item can be another 3 minutes. Separate your comments to follow the agenda.

Why are Ordinance Changes not a separate Agenda Item. Is not a change to the General Plan, and a change in a Public Ordinance, separate from the Plan of the Senior Villas?

Perhaps you can get an ordinance change for a particular project by sponsorship to a concert, or city party?

Perhaps if the Staff Recommends a project, the City Council Automatically Approves it.

I will post all documents provided from the City's Desk.
Unfortunatly they do not want this information made public for some reason. You have to go in person to find out how much Corporation for Better Housing has DONATED to the City's Party fund, as they NEGOTIATE with the city for their PROJECT. This is true about the "Prefered Developer" and the "Jacobsens". The citizens and future developers should know how much it costs to do business in this city.
