GRAND TERRACE
Blue Mt. Senior Villas Back in the City Council Agenda:

The City Council on Thursday is scheduled to decide whether to allow a 120-unit senior housing project, 6,500-square-foot senior center and four-acre park on Grand Terrace Road.
If there is to be a development, then the individual contracts and selection of contractors should be done in a competitive bid process where the contracts stipulate terms and conditions including default conditions and resolutions. The design team should not assume that they have the right to demand award of construction and management contracts. Of course the way the City Manager runs the City's Business, he picks a friend or makes a friend, and then gives total control to the "Preferred Developer".
