City Managers Contract and un Unknown Cost to City

The 2000 Census reveals that Grand Terrace has the highest median income in the Inland Empire, $61,068. What do you get when you are Fired from your JOB?

The Above Amends the Contract Below NOTE MAYOR FERRE Signed it NOT Council Member Ferre acting Mayor.
THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND COST SHOULD BE KNOWN TO THE PUBLIC, AND MADE KNOWN TO THE PUBLIC. HERE ARE THE TERMS BUT WHAT IS THE COST?
REGARDING THE TERMS: ARE THERE ANY DIRECTIVES BY THE COUNCIL IN WRITING TO THE CITY MANAGER RELATED TO HIS LIES ABOUT STATER BROTHERS LEASE FOR EXAMPLE, OR HOW ABOUT TELLING THE TRUTH?

This is the contract agreement passed and not disclosed in its full detail to the Citizens of Grand Terrace. Note the Raise to an annual salary of $150,000.00 per year. Note that if the City Manager leaves employment "Involuntary Separation" the amendment forces the city to pay one years medical expenses, and accrued sick days. There is no disclosure of the cost of this accommodation. However, "Involuntary Separation" is equal to being fired or dismissed with cause it is interesting that these accommodations are being provided now. Other investigations relating to the nature of the Employment and Function of the Council in relation to the City Manager will continue.
