Perhaps these ISSUES will BE on the Agenda:
Expect Report on Fireworks and Fire and Enforcement.
Lets hope the TOTAL REAL Call log from both the City Phone Number, 911 Fire and Sheriff, and the Sheriff non Emergency Number are all reported for the week July 1 to 7 or 8.
Kingfisher/Pico Development Issue should becomingg up.
Jacobsen Plan B should becomingg up soon.
Grand Terrace Days Detailed Financial Report with Time Spent by City Employees and other volunteerr" hours accounted for should be presented by staff as requested by Council Member Miller.
Reversal of all Approvals of the Blue Mt. Senior Villa. Disclose why the judge has reversed, and disclose the impact on the Payment of 9 million to Corporation for Better Housing, now that the Approvals have been reversed and must be re submitted to the Planning Department, Planning Commission, and City Council for resubmission. (Note, that 9 million is financed with a DEBT Obligation, not withreservess or Savings or some INVESTMENT INCOME off of aportfolioo.)
The City borrowed Money, and that is a DEBT. This DEBT comes with a stipulation that 20% be spent on LOW INCOME HOUSING. HOUSING FOR ALL CITIZENS not just SENIORS. THIS IS A FACT. IS there enough money in RESERVES to get out of this Bad Development Plan?
HOW MUCH WILL IT COST THE CITY TO GET THE CURRENT SENIOR CENTER BACK TOGETHER, AND KILL THE NO BID BACKROOM DEAL WITH CORPORATION FOR BETTER HOUSING?

Other issues that may be on the agenda:
Law Enforcement Report on the Alleged Arrest of the Car Jacker allegedly arrested in Cucamunga. There was no record of such an arrest posted.
Law Enforcement Report on the Home/Invasion suspect a realease of the drawing and report of other places the same MO was used. An answer to the question of Responce time. Where was the deputy responding from when that call came in, what priority was that call given.
Law Enforcement Report: Why are our Deputies making "Patrol Stop type arrests" in Riverside, Redlands, Highland? If they are Patrolling these areas on "OUR TIME" how can we have a 4 minute responce time as they indicated in a report to the AES Environmental Study on the Proposed Peaker Plant?
Speaking of AES Peaker Plant: Are the Council Members infomed that this is now on the State Review and that the City Staff has been providing support and information for the plant. Including over stating the availability of police protection. Have the Plans been shared with the CJUSD, so they can include them in their design of their MEGA HIGH SCHOOL?
The Policy and Proceedure and Practices of the City Council and Mayor edit has not been presented in its final revised form. Has the Brown Act Violations been removed?
