Observed Rocket Launches were in the proximity of Holly/Mt Vernon alley south end before turn perhaps 2 or 3rd house from the turn in the alley.
Observed Rocket Launches in the area near Grand Terrace Elementary School.
Observed Rocket Launches West of Deberry and Michigan.
Observed Citizens using "Safe and Sane" fireworks in the public street. Scooters bouncing under traffic and parked cars.
Heard many dogs and cats still distressed after 12:00. Increase of howling and barking.
Observed decreased evening business trade, after 7:00.
Observed fireworks, "Safe and Sane" being used at Observation Point, Canal and Mt. Vernon near brush and dry vegetation. (including scooters on the ground).
After 12:30 am, June 5th reports of Rockets being fired in the proximity of Pico and Michigan...
Are there any official Reports of Arrests, Citations, Fires or confiscations?
How much was earned by the sports team, vs, how much did the enforcement cost, vs, how much was put to risk, and were there any injuries or damage to property from the use of Illegal, and or Safe and Sane Fireworks?
Just wonder what the real facts are?

Above comes from an accumulation of reports. No one had a report that ended with them seeing an arrest or citation. Yes there were more officers and sheriff cars, but no one reported seeing actual intervention taking place. It is reasonable, to leave a problem area, and get out of the way.
Well, it will be interesting if the full information is made available, sheriff log of calls, fire calls and citations written.
