Patrica Farley CITIZEN requested the Full reading of ALL Ordinances on the Agenda, and this legal request was not abided, or required by either the Attorney Mr. Harper, nor the Council Woman Ferre, who take pride in sticking to the Law, and Policy Requirements.

The ORDINANCES were discussed, but they were not read in their entirety as a formal Ordinance should be.
