Change City Hall

If we can't beat City Hall, we could try to change it. We can sponsor Ordinances requiring the use of open contracting, end of the RD, and all the other problems we collectively are against. It is clear the elected council members are impotent to act against the dictator city manager and the city staff. It is time we write local laws so strict that the jobs of city management and staff are true servants to the community.

Publish all documents in the Council's Meeting Book, on the Internet.
publish a List of ALL Business licenses, and Home Based Business on the Internet.
Publish a List of all Employees, Job description, Resume, and Compensation.
Publish a List of all Contracted Suppliers and Invoices
Publish the Petty Cash Reconciliation
Disclose all calls to Sheriff Dispatcher for GT with caller id removed.
Remove All ordinances which restrict the use of property greater than those required by the County of San Bernardino.
