Citizens of Grand Terrace need to read the statements of Bertha Bea Cortes in regards to her feelings of entitlement in relationship to her house in Grand Terrace, and her need to get away from Grand Terrace and travel.

This may be in part why she can't respond to phone calls, and email contacts. It may also be why Former City Manger Tom Schwab said she was the least prepared council person on the council. Did he help hide her situation, like he hid the problems related to Steve Berry?

The case was finished in Orange County... but, important here is what Bertha Bea Cortes at the time had to say in her sworn documents. Her words are enough evidence of her attributes.
