Form 700 is required to be filled out by all City Council Members. Bea Cortes reports do not include the gifts provided to her that she identifies in her Court Declaration in 2008. If she was truthful in the Court Declaration there has been a significant under reporting of gifts obtained from an individual while in public office. Or her signed Court Declaration is false. It can not be both ways.
We need to take a good strong look at our selection.
