Tom Schwab, Doug Wilson, spoke against the City of Grand Terrace recognizing the Citizens Constitutional Right to Freedom of Political Expression.
Bea Cortes, Marretta Ferre, and Lee Ann Garcia agreed with this and did not second the motion to make Grand Terrace Code to conform to the Constitution of the USA or California. Their silence indicated agreement or a collaboration to stifle Political Expression in GT.
