With the limited ability of the Planning Commission as described by Doug Wilson, the public should demand full drawings and full approvals of those drawings by County Building and Safety and Health Inspectors prior to the approval by the GT Planning Commission. All the Planning Commission can do is to check if the plan they approve is in agreement with the "General Plan" and the Current Land Use or Zone Classification of the property.
