Corporation for Better Housing: a 501 c3 NON PROFIT Corporation is forbidden by its corporate classification to make contributions to local governments or agencies, where they have items up for approval and consideration. YET they contribute and get Prime Billing as a Sponsor in an attempt to build "Good Will" Even after the Court has Reversed all Approvals for their Plans on the Blue Mt. Senior Villa's, due to in part an insufficient Environmental Impact Report.

The Community Has Not yet provided the Audit of Funds Collected for the GT Days Event, and this same "Pool" of Money managed by a few Friends of the Council is allowed to receive money from Developers and Contractors doing business with and having proposals informs of the Council. This does not raise to the highest practices of ethical standards. NOT EVEN CLOSE.

So while you are listening to the music provided by these "Contributions" ask yourself the real cost of the Concert, and Grand Terrace Days.**

Ask why these contributors don't make direct contributions to Youth Programs like the sports teams, or to the Fire Department? Is it because these organizations don't make decisions regarding permits, fees and contracts?

THE Contribution to the Riverside Concert Band could go directly to them with the provision that a concert in Grand Terrace be provided anonymously.

Think about all the "Contributions" and Council Actions are represented by the names of Sponsors of GT DAY's.

ARE YOU TIRED OF THIS LACK OF ETHICS, PLEASE CHANGE THE COUNCIL AND RECALL COUNCIL MEMBER FERRE, COUNCIL MEMBER GARCIA AND REPLACE THE OTHER INCUMBENTS RUNNING FOR RE-ELECTION
IT IS TIME TO CLEAN GT's HOUSE.
