How can the DA's Office evaluate Ethics and Corruption, of City Manager Tom Schwab, or a Conflict of Interest when this is how the DA conducts his personal life?
Gramps Answers: You make a good point. Judge a person by those who defend his behavior. I do recall reading that article in the Sun. Personal Ethics, and Professional Ethics and holding ones self in the standard of ABOVE being Questioned about the Advantage One is Offered, and the Advantage One Takes is a struggle for some in governance.
