Jo Stringfield and Jacobsen Reach Agreement

Tom Schwab said that Jacobsen and Stringfield have reached an agreement.
That agreement is NO Sale.
Now that that is done...
What is being planned?
Watch out for Plan B

A MEGA Stater Brother's and a Bar and Grill by the name of Chili's.

I hope the entire Council will rent a large moter home and LIVE next to a Chili's for a Weekend prior to approving this as being a part of this "Plan".

In a recent article in the news paper, I read that there had to be Current and UP to date agreement with Plans and Zoning or a Plan is automatically in violation with State Law... I think that was in the Press or the Sun...

Now we know that most of the Land in the area being Converted to the Town Center is Zoned by the City as Commercial, but in the County Records Most is Housing of one sort or another. So PLANS can't go forward without Zoning Changes FIRST.

Not to mention what and when was the Public Hearing on the Transfer of RDA Land to Jacobsen.. No response to that Question.. Is that because NO HEARING HAPPENED a Violation of RDA regulations, and State LAW.. ?? COULD IT BE??
