The 3 Minute rule will be on next agenda according to information provided by City Manager, Tom Schwab to Julie Farren. It is well and good this issue is on the Agenda.

What is interesting, is that Mr. Schwab releases partial agenda information to the Press when the Entire Agenda is not on the City’s Web Site or Counter for Inspection.

I would assume you all have at least can speak 20 seconds on the topic of extending time the public should be able to address the Council and Speak to the Issues on the Agenda, and during Public Comment.

If the Council Members reduced the time or limited the time of Developers, to 3 minutes, Council Comments, to 3 Minutes, and Special Presentations to 3 minutes… there would be plenty of time to hear the publics comments, and concerns during the Hearings and Comment Stages.
