A) Disclosure of Cost of Contract as Negotiated for Termination Clause of City Manager.

B) Disclosure of Disposition of Vehicles Purchased for the Exclusive Use of the City Manager.

C) Disclosure of Document Proving the City Council Authorization for the Purchase and Disposition of the Vehicles.

D) Disclosure of Documentation showing Public Hearings and Notice regarding sale of RDA Property to Douglas Jacobsen Family Holdings

E) Disclosure of the Full Terms and Conditions between the City and the Corporation for Better Housing relateing to the Operation and Terms and Conditions for the Operations of the Blue Mt. Villas. This should have been resolved PRIOR to the release of funds, or the signing of a 60 year lease.

F) Disclosure of the Details of judgments against the City:

1) Blue Mt. Senior Villas/Corporation for Better Housing: Reversal of All Approvals and a requirement for an EIR
