Is anyone else bothered that the Staff Recommendation is made without hearing the Public Input? They may say, Staff Review finds the applicant is within the appropriate zone and codes. However to go further than that before the Public has input is an over reach. Why bother with public input if the Recommendation is stated as a done deal?

TapouT apparently is a backer of the Tattoo Parlor being Mid Town in Grand Terrace. Nothing says peaceful community like Tattoo Parlor. Nothing says hey we are safe for families and kids like a Tattoo Parlor linked to full contact blood sports. This in a place near a Bar and a Restaurant that sells alcohol. I think there may be a safety issue in the location of a Tattoo Parlor mid town right near the City Day Care Center. Just some input that the STAFF may not want to hear. QUALITY OF LIFE is an ENVIRONMENTAL ISSUE.
