If Stater's pays Jacobsen $10m (amount is not known for sure),for the property on Barton Rd. Then City pays Jacobsen a portion of the $1.3m for the property on GT Rd.
Jacobsen has made a nice about of money for destroying the neighborhood and turning the residents against one another. The "Redevelopment" has torn down the community and its sustainability and Jacobsen puts money in his pocket.
That is just wrong every way you look at it.
