Save GT let the CRA Expire

In order to save the City of Grand Terrace it is time to let the CRA expire at its current end date. It is also key that the City of Grand Terrace get out of the Redevelopment Game other than to deal with truly Blighted Buildings via Code Enforcement.

Allow land owners and businesses to enjoy their property rights without the CRA playing developer, and the City Council and City Management playing the Village Lords.
