CBH Violates the Trust of Seniors at Blue Mt Villa

In a grandstanding tantrum the CBH removed nearly all of the furniture of the Senior Center. They did this during the day, just after lunch service, and during a presentation program that was actively going on at the time. They did this during the day hours of maximum facility use. Who were they trying to hurt?

So what as CBH gained. Some unused furniture and a Bad Reputation for how they do business and are willing to inconvenience and upset their senior housing clients who also attend activities in the Senior Center portion of the development.

Continued Daily Management of the Site may well be in jeopardy if a replacement team can be put into place. This is only the most recent and dramatic complaint about the CBH management of the site.

CBH owners are the same as the Builders, and Management Company. Now we can see how this trinity of interest is being used against the City of Grand Terrace and the residents of the Blue Mt. Villas and the Participants at the Senior Center. This is what you get when you have non competitive development funded by an CRA that has deaf ear to Citizens.
