This year's 2010 Election Cycle has only Ferre the Mayor and Cortes a Council Member.

The following elections would be Mayor and 2 Council Members then the next elction would be 2 council members. The problem of a lopsided election cycle will only happen again if a Council Member not up for re-election runs for Mayor and wins.
