RDA CRA Increase in Debt Levels NO

If the City has gotten to the place where the CRA / RDA debt levels are a problem now and we can't see our way clear to operate the city with the remaining General Funds and pay back the abused CRA Funds... WHY on earth would you say let's repeat and expand that experience.

If it didn't feel good the first time you got hit on the head with a 2 by 4 a second whack won't feel better it just may kill you.

Hornsby is right. Little GT can step up and be responsible and frugal and show others we have the interest of the City, County and State in mind when we take action.
