Charles Horsby made the clear point about CRA - RDA funding Grand Terrace should not gloat on the prospects of gaining a piece of pie from a pan that is empty. The Debt backed by funds in the State Coffers is a fiction we can no longer go along with. It is times that local cities get their finances in order. Doing so will support the County and State Governments and the general economy.

Perhaps the City Council will not continue in its Nero like ways. Play the Debt is Good tune while the County and State burns in piles of DEBT Bonds to be repaid with taxes that are drying up.
