Berry said earlier that he had received an anonymous letter claiming that the sheriff's report was made public by Margie Miller, publisher of the Grand Terrace City News weekly newspaper and wife of Councilman Jim Miller. Margie Miller denied leaking the document.

She was right there wagging her finger at the San Bernardino County Sentinel for their initial reporting of the Felony Investigation on Berry that was Quashed by Schwab. So Berry should ask who benefits by pointing the finger at the Millers? That would be none other than the Tom Schwab, The Criminal, The Sheriffs that Investigated the case, and the City Attorney himself. Like Tom Said the list is long as to who would do it. The question is who had the file.
It is not likely Jim Miller had it if none of the other Council Members had it. So that should narrow down the Real Leak. But Berry didn't care about that, he had a desire to keep the story out of the local press. Even after it was published in 3 other papers, he could not stand the idea that the Council may read it in the The Sun and The Press and the GTCN
Remember in the report that the Press published pages of Berry stated he falsified the documents. That alone is a crime of the Felony type. The evidence of the Embezzlement may be complicated but clearly Berry let the Convict bill the city for more material than could be used at the city and let others do the labor the Convict was to to as his work release conditions... Payment can in fact be made in Materials rather than money. Like a Cheep Car from the City as an example.
