Embezzlement Accusations Against Berry Surface:

May 9th 2009 This Blog Posted the Articles About Embezzelement and Tom Schwab Interview in the SB County Sentienel. Indications are that both articles are in part a result of a face to face interview of the subject Mr. Berry and Mr. Schwab and neither informed the Council of the Pending Shame?
May 14th or there abouts Grand Terrace City News Editor threatened by Berry in Council Chambers while in Public. He knew the Sentinal Article had been published and did not want fallow up reporting to continue. Did he or Schwab inform the City Council... Did Jim Miller provide the other council members with copies of the blog or Sentienel Article?

Mayor gets around to putting it on the Agenda with a Planned Back Room Meeting
The allegation, published in a June 30 story in The Sun, has created "a
huge distraction" for the city, said Mayor Maryetta Ferre."We definitely know there's a problem that needs to be addressed," Ferre said. "The city is suffering as a result of this. It's very distressing to the community, not to
mention the staff, the council and the people involved."Ferre said the meeting will be held either July 14 or July 28, when the full council is
present. "We would address it sooner, but it fell on a holiday weekend, and
we have three council members on vacation," Ferre said.
SO>>>> When did Ferre Know there was a problem? Why was this not on the agenda in May or June? No the Council and Mayor and Berry were pretending it was not an issue it was not real... if it is in a Blog, or in the small Papers. What discussions have already taken place? What further cover up efforts have been made?
The Council could avoid problems by simply ending the Assistant Manager's Position due to the Budget. Hire a New City Manager from outside the city's Friends of the Current Council. AND hand the case over to the Grand Jury and the FBI for further investigation related to the original offences and Obstruction of Justice and Conspiracy charges against Sheriff Morris and Tom Schwab and anyone else who failed to bring this matter to the proper authorities in reasonable time period... DAYS not YEARS after learning of the issue would be appropriate. There is no need for a back room meeting.
