It is now time for the City Council to Direct the Sheriff Office to review the Embezzlement and Falsification Charges, and any additional charges that would result from the admitted cover up and obstruction of justice by Tom Schwab related to that case. Advance that case to the DA's Office and have appropriate warrants and charges filed against Steve Berry and Tom Schwab and their cohorts.

In addition the actions of Coercion by Steve Berry against Jim Miller should also be evaluated as possible criminal activity and charged appropriately.

Conspiracy or collaboration and collusion within the City Staff or City Council for any of the above crimes should be disclosed and charged appropriately.

A full audit of the Credit Card and Medical Expense accounts should be ordered as an investigation as these lump sum payments may hide additional Embezzlement.
