Could Schwab Lose Retirement?

Tom Schwab's exit on Retirement may be his way to secure a job and that future income. IF he has now admitted to a Cover Up of Criminal Activity he himself would be charged with a crime and dismissed with what is known as Cause. Under the terms of his contract being dismissed with cause puts in jeopardy future payments and benefits.

We should not be giving this guy a golden handshake of 170.000.00 to retire gracefully, We should be giving him a Golden Handcuff along with his hand picked lackey Berry who he no doubt conspired with in taking advantage of the Citizens and City of Grand Terrace.
