Steve Berry Arranged to Have Diversion

Steve Berry had the Arrest of Jim Miller be a booking not just a simple service of a warrant to appear. He said he would do it and he did. He threatened this action in retaliation for the Grand Terrace City News running the article about his (Berry's Covered Up, Criminal Investigation for Felony Embezzlement and Falsification of Official Records).

Steve Berry had to wait for Jim and Margie Miller to come back from Vacation, and they were well aware of Berry's Promised retribution. He made a public statement that he would have Miller arrested and in public and humiliated. He went on to say, "I can do it too, I have friends in the DA's Office".

Well, Jim Miller and Margie Miller never hid from the question of there being a conflict. There was no need for the Show as they awaited the DA's Findings and no doubt they will resolve the matter as directed by a Court, not by the whim of Political Extrusions Pressure or under the thumb of Steve Berry or Tom Schwab.

Remember all things brought to the Council for Approval do so with the Staff Recommendation for the Council to Approve. Berry and Schwab lead the Millers down this path and so they too should be held accountable for the conflict of interest taking place. In addition to then use it as a means of Extortion or Coercion should be a much more serious crime. What have the other Council Members been subjected to over the years. What threats have been made against them, and for what?
