The Requirement that the Applicants have 5 years experience as a City Manager or Assistant City Manager excluded people who have worked within the City Hall of Grand Terrace as City Clerk or other Department Managers. The intended out come is to secure the job for either Schwab or Berry when the announcement was posted. Now that they have been slinging mud at each other and have disqualified each other from being hired the announcement should be revised to be inclusive of the Women in City Hall who have been doing the real work of running the city on a daily basis.

Educational Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree and at least five (5) years serving as a City Manager and/or Assistant City Manager, with broad experience in all areas of municipal government.
