Jim Miller Never Hid or Stopped an Investigation. Quite the OPPOSITE

Steve Berry and Tom Schwab are involved in a Criminal Investigation that they both conspired to Hide from the Public, the City Council and not advance the case to the DA's Office.

Then in a failed effort Berry tried to continue to hide his own statements in that investigation where he admits to the crime of Knowingly Falsifying Official Records. In addition he admits to using Work Release Convict to do City Business in such a way that the Work Release Convict effectively was compensated with excessive materials and tools purchases. He also allowed others to do the work of the Work Convict.

Then Berry attempted to Force the Grand Terrace City News into not publishing the already released details of the Criminal Investigation for Felony Embezzlement and Falsification of Records. The Millers took the higher road, published the story and let chips fall where they may as they never denied they took the money for the ads, or that Jim Voted to Approve the payment for the services rendered by the GTCN. Neither of the Millers have hidden this case in fact or it being pending at the DA's Office. Steve Berry trying to use it to extort silence from the News Paper and or support for being hired as the City Manager is a much lower low... and a much bigger crime. Let's hope Justice has a Friend in the San Bernardino DA's Office or the FBI or some one with the proper authority to bring all the charges possible against Berry and his mentor Schwab.

IF the DA's Office does not Open A Criminal Case against Berry and Schwab, the Stench will attach to that office too.
