One or all of the City Council Members of Grand Terrace should go to the nearest Federal Office of the FBI and spill the beans on the methods of serial entrapment, coercion and threats that have been used within the Management of City Hall. Even if they were in some way responsible for the actions they could receive Whistle Blower Protection from criminal prosecution if they become witness for the Prosecution. The Closed Door of the Closed Sessions is not supposed to be used to hide the crimes and criminal activity of the Council or City Management.

With the DA Ramos under suspicion for collusion and corruption of sorts it may be best to make this a State or Federal Issue.
