I did not get home until late on Tuesday. I read in your report. Thanks for update. Wonder how selection of new C.M. is going? Not due for report until middle of August as I remember. Also saw mention of McConnel.

As it was said in the Council Chamber, many citizens have risked harassment and ridicule and personal attacks to bring attention to the problems in the City Management, and that effort had been in ignored by the council for either reasons of a pervasive lack of interest, concern, or desire to know the whole truth and just to rely on the Staff Recommendation of the Hour, or worse and evidence supports the conclusion that the City Council is all or in part functioning under the duress of coercion played out by Schwab the Master and Berry his Student.

The "Regular Press" failed to do the investigative reporting needed to serve Grand Terrace, and only the Blogs kept the Citizens Concerns and Discoveries viable and On the Public Record in a access able record.

Thanks to all the folks that contribute to this blog... The work is not done... It is funny how what you say in the city council Meeting when you identify yourself and give your address it is disregarded, but put it on the blog run by GrandPa and it becomes an issue of who is Grandpa... and how dare it be said on the blog... Well, to the Council Members and Critics of the Blog. If you were paying attention at Council Meetings this blog would not have been a community need.

The clean up will be as dirty as the past few months. It can only be done efficiently if done in front of a Judge and not behind closed doors.

The Council has not yet learned the difference between the words "May be Behind Closed Doors" and "Must be Behind Closed Doors". 90 percent of what goes on "Behind Closed Doors" could be or May Be done in the Full View of the Public. It is their choice and their reason for making that choice should be fully investigated and yes removed.
