Mayor Ferry's Conflict of Interest.

The City of Grand Terrace buys water from the Water Company where her Husband is on the Board of Directors and receives financial reward for his service, including stipends and access to a free gym. Her son is the lawyer for the Water Company. Monthly payments for utilities are routinely approved by Mayor Ferre thus she has a conflict of interest issue for all the years she has been on the Council.
