Question: Who paid for Schwab's going away party?

On Monday, GT residents could not find certain city office staff to help them.
City office staff were planning a party for Schwab for that night.
Supposedly 200 people attended. Tax payers money????

Certain people were hand picked to attend.
Did the residents of GT paid for the planning and party, that most did not know about and were excluded from.

Tom's party was held at the Senior Center. Were Room Rental Fees Paid? Event Insurance Provided? What was served and did Steve Berry take home the left overs?

Also, how can people be shocked?Where were they when the city and council and Jacobson were going after the properties on Barton Rd.?
