The Pleads of Berry Heard in City Hall.....

If you read the articles carefully there is something you have not yet brought to focus. IF Steve Berry's Pleas not to be fired were heard by everyone at City Hall, the Staff knew there was something wrong and failed to report it to the City Council... or did they.

Tom Schwab's identifying the issue came at the same time an election cycle was taking place... was his silence a manipulation of the election results.... or shall it be said a political action on his part? His lack of Ethics should be Cause of Legal Action... of some sort... He has been manipulating the Citizens and City Council for 25 years to be self serving at an inflated cost to the city and citizens.

Berry if he had done no wrong, should have insisted on the issue being taken to the natural course and matter heard in court. For him to say there is no note in his personnel file, is telling of his and Tom's collaboration on the cover-up.

The City Council will be actively participating in this even the new members if they have discussions behind closed doors on the matter which belongs in a Court of Law not a City Council Back Room.

Let's hope there is a public push for this to be filed as a legal action dealt with by LAW Enforcement, not the City Council Kangaroo Court.
