Council Member Garcia, Miguel's Representative, and the Pit Stop Owner, all used the word WE as if they were in collusion with Tom Schwab, Douglas Jacobsen, with regards to the Town Center Development.
Is Council Woman Lee Ann Garcia in the position to ask Douglas Jacobsen to find a new tenant for the old shopping center? How strange the City Manger/Redevelopment Agency Director told the exact same story. Were they together with Jacobsen planning. Or is the use of WE a slip? Are Council Woman Lee Ann Garcia and City Manager Tom Schwab joined at the Hip or Head?
When people sell their land as a result of being told sell or else we will take it with ED. That is under duress. When people's land is put under a Special Plan, it limits potential buyers to in this case ONE. So there is no fair market value in a neighborhood.
Why were the Mobile Home Citizens Removed, and not Relocated into a New Park, In Grand Terrace? Where is that replacement housing? The city should require that be done before the Relocations and evictions.
Oh I think there needs to be a proclamation of recognizing to Billy Bob Jones at Grand Terrace Elementary School. He learned to tie his shoes. Perhaps he could provide a demonstration of his skill with a slide show, and video presentation. He could prove the Science.
