From the Email InBox: Total Recall

Elected Officials Face Election and in California Recall. Two of the Five City Council Members are up for re election this November. However, there is talk of a recall on the remaining three. Basic dissatisfaction on the part of the citizens is issue related. The citizens are displeased with the level of public discloseure of information. The citizens feel that the Council is not responsive to their input. The citizens feel they are not heard at council meetings even though they are limited to 3 minutes. Three Minutes of not being heard is not appropriate conduct, for the council or the City Staff.

While the Citizens can't directly effect the make up of the City Staff, they can effect the people who hire, or keep hired the staff.
