Permit Fees in the City of Grand Terrace will increase significantly. Yes, they will still be less than other cities, and all the feel good speak that the city will promulgate.

The city stands to collect 10 Million in Fees, with the intended use being public works, streets, parks, and so forth. Is there A REQUIREMENT that these fees are spent this way and not on "Code Enforcement", City Operational expenses travel, vacations, and more rude employees? Or will these funds go to pay off the Debt of the City caused by Schwab and Harper issue of Bonds? Road work, will be done?
