Most folks don't want to be identified out of FEAR of reprisals from the City Hall. so Names are not required from anyone. This blog will remove names unless asked to include them, as the credit or curse of an idea or discussion on a issue, should be free of association with the individual presenting it.

This Blog has never said there were hoards or groups of teens running around causing havoc. No, this blog says there is nothing for them to do and limited supervision. Being home alone is a problem. Being in pairs or trios is a problem. As a matter of fact it was a Council Person who asked about what security would be available to supervised the grounds of the development which refereed to Teens as being the problem.

If the detractors of this blog read the blog arrest record they would notice that graffiti, and vandalism are caused by people in their 20's to 30's. Of course juvenile arrests and crimes statistics are not available to evaluate. Who knows how many teens have a relationship with the legal system.
