It sure would be nice if the City not only posted the Agenda, but the Staff Notes, and support documents so the Citizens can be INFORMED, and participate in the 3minutes they are permitted.

Any citizen would have assumed the Ordinance for Fireworks would not have been amended or if it were the amendments by staff would have been made public before the meeting.
