The Douglas Jacobsen stressed that he will be asked to do detailed study on Noise and Air Pollution. He did not say anything about Water Run Off, or Toxic Materials and the Possibility of Fires with Toxic Chemicals wafting over Homes and the Greater community.

Now the science is available. These things must be dealt with. The council picks the paint color and the design of fences more maticulasly but that is a facade. It is time to look at the guts of the operation and apply all the science needed to insure that the operation of the businesses in Grand Terrace do not add to the already high health risks caused by the environment in which we live.
