Grand Terrace offers good times on a grand scale

............Councilman Jim Miller proposes a volunteer youth commission to find out what Grand Terrace's youngsters would like, and alludes to the yet-to-be-built city high school.

''As the high school starts to come to fruition, we need to be ahead of the bubble to have some supporting youth activities in place,” Miller said.

Grand Terrace officials say they're proud of what the city offers, but are striving for more.
