Planning Commission Scant Data

The City of Grand Terrace Planning Commission continues to limit available information to the public. Why aren't the plans on the agenda also available on the internet. What are the Plans for? An Apartment, A BIKE SHOP? A Strip Club. Who knows on the De Berry Property or the later noted Preston Property?

Now we have to treks down to city hall to find out what the heck is going on. It is a good thing to share information so that the developer and development can be welcome and not continuously suspect. Please, Please add detail and availability of the information, so that the readers and concerned citizens can participate in the process. How many times do you have to be asked.???

Even adding the hours for the race track, are such and such to be changed to such and such would be helpful information. Gads must the City and the Planning Commission be so secretive and prone to withhold information. What is their motivation for this?? That is the real red flag in all this.
