What the City Thinkers Are Up to NOW

Folks, This is what the staff (Schwab and Associates.) came up with. Its a thinly disguised attempt at eventual property taking by tax liens. We saw this coming months ago, we just didn't know how they were going to work the scam.

Rialto has seven code enforcement officers. That's more than the amount of policemen they put out a shift. Rialto and I believe Fontana use this for tax liens.

Once the lien is in place they tie you up so you can't pay it before time runs out and they take your property. S.B. County uses this, most recently in the high desert.

Look carefully at the section "site maintenance standards.(b) The city can't keep the potholes in the city repaired. There is a section that hints they will enter the house to do an inside inspection. A cop can't enter your house without probable cause.

Look at the section "Annual Inspection Fee" This is where they put the tax lien hook. This is what its really about. Taking property without using eminent domain.

Read this. They could take your rental house or property and eventually your house, because there's a crack in the parking lot or drive way.

I am posting all this because there are several more issues I have. First of all are the Highlands a Blight Problem... they will be paying over $20,000.00 of the revenues. The City already has the right to cite, and fine and so forth... Without the additional inspection laws. The city can do away with the RV Parking Ordinance, and the Red Curbs, and No Truck Parking, and all Ordinances above the California Code and not have a problem caused by their need to limit the private property owners enjoyment of their property, and the public use of public roads. Yes, I know a big truck next to your yard is a hassle, but hey, be kind, and suggest they move over to Lark Street to park... I hear it is great parking there. We want more retail, more truck traffic, it is more sales, and taxes to spend... Don't we?

Much of the Stater Brother's Parking Problem will be gone when their facility at the old Norton AFB is done. Now we are inviting Lowes, and Savon... to make deliveries daily, right along the Senior Housing of the Terrace, and the homes along the "Wall" of Town Center. For those living along the WALL... have fun.

I have printed all the pages, I think somehow they don't want to make them available or they would put them on the CITY WEB page. Could I be wrong here? Perhaps they don't know how to post files on their web page?

This post and the materials were a collaborative effort, thanks friends.
