I do so love the first Amendment. Its good it can still be practiced here. Look at Wa. and Va. http://www.foxnews.com/story/0,2933,161957,00.html Its not the content of the stories, its the rights of the citizens to seek redress from their goverment when they have a grievance that is being denied.

Whats that Bill we get everyday, Oh yeah The Bill Of Rights. Who knows how long before we will be silenced by those who give you three minutes or stop you from speaking in the public square unless you use the words they say you can use.

The one place that should be sacred for free speech is the podium in city halls everywhere in this land. They are not the councils city hall chambers, they are our chambers. It is not the city goverments microphone, its our microphone. It is not the goverments podium to dictate to us. It is our podium to dictate to them. They work for us, not we them.

We need not worry about being a Nation under God, we are not, we are a Nation under the rule of money, crooked lying politicians, that have been bought by developers. Listen to our own council when they come out of closed session and the Mayor tells us there was "no reportable action taken" on real estate deals and citizens and council members have told us truthfully that there was. Council members voting on real estate deals that worked for, or have family members, that worked for the real estate company that is doing the negotitations.

The people that go into our own podium, sad as it is to say, their words fall on deaf ears. But let a developer or some new money making scam come along and they are all dogs in heat. They can't wait to lay down for the developer.

Does anyone really know where our tax dollars are? Other than those we already know went into the city managers house and the secretarys for the Redeveolpement Agencys house. Who owns the land that is being bought up by the city? The Pettas , the members of the Riverside-Highland water board, the people that don't want to sell their land?

Show us the money that Jacobsen is supposed to have paid for the land on Barton road. We now hear that he is not making full payments to those that were ordered off their land, forced to sell. Thats alright through, he contributes to G.T. Daze.

Ah. it must be nice to have so many vactions in one year, Oh that we all could be Schwabs. No thanks, I rather be honest. It is it own reward. The powers that be in this city feel comfortable that they will never be found out or voted out of office.

I would not be surprised if the are taken out of office in handcuffs someday soon. There are people that have worked at or still do work at city hall that are coming forward. They perhaps see the writting on the wall and don't want to be on the wrong side. Every day brings forth a new revelation.
