Is currently investigating all land deals that the county has had in the past corruption plagued years. Are any of the land deals with Grand Terrace of Interest?

Hmm. Perhaps the Woman's Shelter, sold to the CRA, and now plans are that it will be sold at "Fair Market" value.

Hmm. Perhaps the Proposed "County/City Library" which is a long term lease obligation being promoted as a "Public Use" of the Town Center Development justifying the CRA's entanglement with the "Developer" and the Developer's relationship with the Private Property Owners.

Hmm. The use of CRA funds to buy a home for a city manager, and The Sec. for the RDA got a low to moderate income house with a $44,000 silent second and it was an over $40,000 rehab?

Hmmmm aren't those funds first released to the County for administrative purposes?

Mr. Uffer has done great things in the past, following the buck is his specialty. Perhaps he can figure out what has been happening in the City and the use of County Funds in the City.
