Grand Terrace Subsidizing TC? See Notes
This map of land acquisition is interesting. It shows the purchase price of several properties... or so it purports to.. It also shows land owned by the City of Grand Terrace as Being BELOW MARKET VALUE and SUBSIDIZED. (Tom Schwab has said this is not the case). Add this advantage or inducement to the planned rent of 7500.00 for the alleged library the deal continues to look less and less ethical. Note that the walling off of the Terrace Senior Residence requires expanding their parking area into the Residential Property to the South. This is a Zone Change, and a Change of Use of that Property.
Many Documents have been receive, I am trying to organize them into a logical string... Most important conclusion one can draw thus far is the RDA is in violation of providing or having a workable plan for providing Low and Moderate Housing to All Citizen Classes, and providing only for Seniors is UNACCEPTABLE to the Agency in Charge of the Funds, and Regulations. More on that after I get it organized.

The city claims $600,000 a year in revenue from the T.C. The library at $7500 a month is $90,000 a year. That makes it $590,000 in purported revenue. If Jacobsen goes belly up on this or Lowes doesn't make it or tax problems come up. Who gets the Library if the Marshalls pad lock the doors.

Correction that makes it $510,000 in purported revenues
